PERSONALISED & ACCESSIBLE DIGITAL REHABILITATION
Effective rehabilitation
anytime, anywhere
OnTrack turns a smartwatch into a personal arm rehabilitation coach – giving stroke survivors the tools to practise more, track progress, and stay motivated, while giving clinicians and services the insight to support recovery beyond the clinic.
THE CHALLENGE
Recovery doesn’t stop when therapy ends
After a stroke, recovering arm function depends on one thing above all else: doing enough movement, often enough, every day.
But therapy sessions are short. Exercises are boring. Motivation fades. Without meaningful feedback, it’s difficult to know whether you’re making progress.
Most people leave hospital without a clear plan of what to do at home, and little visibility into how their rehabiltiation is progressing.
