DIGITAL SPORTS REHABILITATION

Recover Smarter.

Return Stronger.

OnTrack turns a smartwatch into a personal upper limb rehabilitation coach, helping athletes and active people track their recovery, hit movement targets, and return to full function faster.

THE CHALLENGE

Recovery shouldn’t rely on guesswork

Upper limb injuries to the shoulder, elbow and wrist are among the most common setbacks for active people.

Recovery depends on consistent daily movement practice, but physiotherapy sessions are infrequent, adherence to home programmes is poor, and many people have no objective way of knowing whether they’re doing enough between appointments.

The result can be slower recovery, unnecessary setbacks, and a delayed return to the sport they love.

WHAT ONTRACK DOES

Supporting Recovery Beyond the Clinic

Recovering from an injury doesn’t stop when you leave the physiotherapy clinic.

OnTrack combines wearable technology, personalised rehabilitation and real-time movement tracking to help active people stay accountable, monitor progress and remain engaged throughout recovery.

Originally developed and clinically validated in NHS stroke rehabilitation, OnTrack’s movement science is now being explored in sports injury rehabilitation, bringing an evidence-based approach to a market that has traditionally relied on paper exercise sheets and guesswork.
